Safety Guidelines
To ensure the correct use of the grinding wheel during normal operation, our products, labels, and packaging are illustrated with icons. Before use, carefully read the operating instructions to ensure proper usage.
--Handle with care, store properly, and ensure the ground is level when stacking cutting discs; it is best to use a steel plate as a base.
--The grinding wheel may be damaged during transportation; carefully check for integrity when installing the grinding disc.
--Safety protective devices must be in place to ensure correct and secure installation. The protective device should cover half of the grinding disc; in case of a wheel burst, it can protect the operator. Non-reinforced cutting discs should only be used on fixed machines and must have protective measures.
--When replacing the grinding disc, disconnect the power and unplug the socket.
--Ensure that the machine's operating speed does not exceed the maximum speed indicated on the grinding wheel.
--Correctly install the grinding wheel flange and ensure they are intact, clean, and free of burrs.
--Before cutting or grinding, under safety measures, run the newly installed grinding disc at working speed to check if the wheel is in good quality.
--Always wear eye protection during operation.
--Always wear appropriate work attire during operation, such as dust masks, gloves, ear protection, work clothes, and safety shoes.
--Regularly check if the machine's operating speed is normal, especially the speed control device installed on the machine, which should be regularly maintained or inspected to ensure the machine operates normally at all times.
--Regularly check the tension of the drive belt; the belt must be properly tensioned to prevent slipping and ensure full power transmission.
--When grinding or cutting workpieces, ensure the workpiece is securely fixed; small cutting wheels are prohibited from being used as grinding discs.
--When not cutting, place the cutting machine in a safe location to avoid contact with the grinding wheel.
--When in use, the cutting machine should be placed in a suitable location, the working area should be very level, and the machine should be well secured.
--During grinding, the grinding wheel should be pressed at a 30-degree angle to the working surface.
--Keep the cutting and grinding work area clean to prevent dangers caused by slipping during cutting.
