The group standard "Bonded Abrasives Resin Bonded Thin Wheels" drafted and formulated by our company is based on JB/T 6353-2015 "Bonded Abrasives Resin and Rubber Thin Wheels", referencing the advanced foreign standard BS EN12413:2019, while also incorporating the technical standards of advanced peers and the needs of high-end customers. During the preparation of the standard, extensive opinions and suggestions were solicited and adopted from various stakeholders, and it was combined with the current situation and development direction of the abrasives industry. The standard has sufficient theoretical and practical basis, with the main technical indicators reaching the level of "domestically first-class, internationally advanced". Compared to JB/T6353-2015: it has improved safety performance; increased the limit deviation of outer diameter and thickness, and the tolerances for end face runout and radial runout; compared to BS EN12413:2019: it has improved the burst speed coefficient.
